Lauren leads the Kids & Family Content team at YouTube. Her Partnerships team works with top YouTube channels in the kids & family space across both traditional media and endemic creators, with a focus on creating enriching and engaging content that kids love - spanning categories from early learning, to family vlogs, to hobbies and DIY, to scripted shows. Her Kids & Family Programming team works to ensure the best possible content experience in the YouTube Kids app globally, highlighting topical, relevant, and high quality programming to delight the YouTube Kids audience.

Lauren has worked with Kids & Family content at YouTube since the Youtube Kids app launched in February 2015. Prior to YouTube, Lauren worked at The Walt Disney Company, with roles in Corporate Strategic Planning as well as Corporate Franchise Management. Lauren has a BA in Psychology from Princeton University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
