Cathy leads research on the kids media landscape, helping to inform brand strategy and content development across Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, and Radio Disney. She sits on the Disney Channels D&I Leadership Team, representing the voice of our diverse kid and family audience. Cathy joined Disney in 1997, working in Corporate Strategy and Disneyland Guest Insights before joining Disney Channels in 2005. She is a graduate of Connecticut College.
